The Grand Hôtel de Tours propose meeting rooms for show-room, conference, meeting, trainings or conventions.

Idealy located between the Train Station and the Convention Center, the hotel has 5 meeting rooms.

They are all air conditionnined with all modern equipment : screen, videoprojector, free Wifi, paper and pens, mineral water. We can add any necesseray equipment on demand.

We can organise food and beverage on site or with partners restaurants.

The meeting room ‘Le Corbusier’ is located on the first floor by the lift.

This large room of 110m² can host up to 80 persons in theatre, or 40 with tables.

Meeting room Boille

This meeting room of 20m² is perfect for a team meeting up to 8 participants.

Boille is located on the 2nd floor by the lift.

Meeting room Laloux

This large and quiet meeting room measure 55m².

It can host 40 persons with chairs or 15 with tables.

It is located on the 4th floor by the lift.

Meeting room Mallet Stevens

This 26m² meeting room can host up to 20 participants with chairs or 10 with tables.

It is located on the 2nd floor by the lift.

Lounge Bar Chareau

The lounge Bar Chareau can be privatised for a meeting or a show room.

Located on the ground floor it is easily accessible.

With 55m², we can accomodate 30 paritipants with chairs or 15 for a study.

Monsieur Pierre room is located right next to the hotel and has a fully equipped kitchen. This 20m² room is bright and calm. Ideal for seminars, training courses, cookery workshops, tasting sessions, business breakfasts and showrooms.
